Today, the National Prosecutor’s Office filed requests with the Supreme Court to lift the immunity of four judges. These are the disciplinary prosecutors of the judges of the ordinary courts: Piotr Schab, Michał Lasota, Przemysław Radzik and Jakub Izaniec, deputy spokesman at the Warsaw District Court. The chairwoman of the National Council of the Judiciary, Dagmara Pawełczyk-Woicka, drew attention to an interesting coincidence. “Communication from the National Prosecutor’s Office, Iustitia and OKO Press in the blink of an eye,” she wrote, attaching screenshots.
The case was announced by the spokesperson of the National Prosecutor’s Office, Prosecutor Przemysław Nowak, on the PK website, stating that the requests were submitted to the Chamber of Professional Responsibility of the Supreme Court by a prosecutor from the Internal Affairs Department of the National Prosecutor’s Office.
The motions to adopt a resolution on the authority to hold judges criminally liable concern the following judges: Piotr Schab – disciplinary prosecutor for judges of ordinary courts and his deputies Michał Lasota and Przemysław Radzik, as well as Jakub Izaniec, deputy disciplinary prosecutor at the District Court in Warsaw.
The request is based on the findings made during the investigation into abuse of powers in connection with the refusal to provide and the withholding of files of disciplinary proceedings.
– said prosecutor Nowak.

As we can see in the screenshots, two minutes after the announcement of the National Public Prosecution Service, OKO Press and Iustitia posted a link to the text of the website at about the same time, quoting the same fragment:
The Prosecutor’s Office has filed a request with the new chamber of the Supreme Court to waive the immunity of the chief disciplinary spokesman Piotr Schab and his deputies Przemysław Radzik and Michał Lasota. Jakub Izaniec, a judge from the capital, will also be charged
