Bodnar’s people are crossing new boundaries! They are illegally removing some judges from their jurisdiction! This is the result of massive requests from the Public Prosecution Service to exclude judges who are difficult for the new government. This time, however, administrative lawlessness intervened. The wPolityce.pl portal has received a letter from Judge Jacek Matusik, Chairman of the 6th Criminal Appeal Division, which contains an order to administratively exclude Judge Michał Bukiewicz from hearing complaints about pre-trial detention.
The regulation is clearly illegal. The parties have the right to request the exclusion of the President. This law has recently been massively exploited by proxies of bandits of all kinds. The Public Prosecution Service also participated: do they want to destroy the state? Bodnar’s prosecutors file massive requests to exclude judges! “Dangerous Chaos”
Now the nominees of the Bodnar supporters are taking action and want to exclude difficult judges through illegal or administrative means. This is evident from a letter dated June 7 and signed with the name of Judge Jacek Matusik, chairman of the Appellate Division of the Warsaw Praga District Court. This concerns the handling of a lawyer’s complaint against the extension of the pre-trial detention of a dangerous bandit. Such a serious matter is now the scene of the Bundarists’ revenge plan against independent judges.
Send the case to a referee by drawing lots – with the exception of judges: SSO Michał Bukiewicz due to the nature of the case, the need for immediate investigation and the well-being of the justice system (…) – in accordance with § 60 section 4 of the Regulations on the Office of Common Courts. After selecting the referee, present the files for scheduling a meeting

It is clear that the judicial ‘caste’ that took Adam Bodnar under its wing has begun a purge of the courts. However, changes in the positions of presidents and department chairs are too few. Now those who want to illegally deprive judges of the power to administer justice are in power. This is just the beginning. These people can afford anything.
