“I would like to thank you with all my heart for each of the 32,222 votes cast for me on June 9 in Mazovia. I congratulate my party on the final result, which gives hope for an upcoming political change in the country, and on the seats of the newly elected MEPs,” Jacek Kurski, former president of TVP, wrote on the X website.
Thank you to the wonderful people who worked tirelessly for me during this campaign

Active campaign
Over the past few weeks, hundreds of meetings and thousands of conversations with Poles have been a fascinating adventure after a ten-year break from politics. What I heard from you changed my way of looking at Polish reality and the problems that Polish families face. I will use it in my further work for Poland
– emphasized Jacek Kurski.
As a member of the PiS staff, I am pleased that Law and Justice improved the result compared to the parliamentary elections by almost 1 percentage point, to 36.16%. This is a huge success, given the progress of political retaliation, violation of the law, including the Constitution, and ending of the information monopoly following the coalition’s forceful takeover of TVP on December 13.

Kurski’s result
At the same time, the former president of TVP drew attention to his result. He emphasized that he had to combine his candidacy with intensive work at election headquarters.
On the other hand, working on the staff for a candidate outside the “number one” could have had its price – because I was unable to secure a mandate myself. The month-long campaign, although intense, proved too short to raise awareness of my return to politics after a ten-year absence. The voters chose their MPs for whom they had just voted in the Sejm elections. As a result, the results were smoothed out so much that between the sixth result and the second result that yielded a mandate, the difference was only PLN 22,000. on the list with almost 400,000 votes
