Former Minister of State Assets Marzena Małek commented on Facebook on the “Fakty” TVN material about the purchase of biomass by Enea Trading. As the former head of MAP noted, the material is “full of innuendo and understatements designed to portray me in a bad light and convince the viewer that I entered into an unfavorable contract and broke the law.”
Not only I, but especially my loved ones suffer from the lies about me
– admitted Malek.
In my opinion, this proves that the TVN channel is not an independent medium, but a medium that produces material for political reasons, in this case to defame me.
– she added.

TVN does not publish a statement
Marzena Małek pointed out that the channel did not broadcast the statement sent by the former Minister of State Assets before the publication of the material.
The lack of publication proves that it did not fit the preconceived notion that we are dealing with “a new scandal” of the PiS government.
– said the head of MAP.
And these are the facts: the contract with Arkan was concluded by Enea Elektrownia Połaniec. I have never been on the board of the Połaniec power plant. I never signed a contract with Arkan
– she noted.
I am not aware of any reports on the inspection findings regarding the way in which the fuel supply contracts concluded by Elektrownie Połaniec were implemented
– emphasized Małek.
Will there be a lawsuit?
It doesn’t stop there.
It is worth emphasizing that during my work at Enea Trading, important measures have been taken to ensure an uninterrupted fuel supply chain for the Połaniec power plant, especially during the difficult time of the Covid-19 epidemic. However, it was always the Połaniec Power Plant that made the final decisions regarding the selection of the contractor, the closure, the execution of the contract and its execution.
– explained the former minister of state assets.
Marzena Małek announced that she would take action regarding the controversial material.
A request for correction of the material will be submitted to TVN in the coming days, and a possible next step will be filing a lawsuit for infringement of personal rights.
– she wrote.
