This concerns the audit of the National e-Invoice System, for which the contract has been concluded by the Ministry of Finance. “A repeat of the CPK,” Cieszyński said.
Former Minister of Digitalization Janusz Cieszyński asked the Ministry of Finance – as part of a parliamentary intervention – for a contract for a business and technological audit of the National e-Invoice System (KSeF). He also asks – if such an agreement has been concluded – to provide all materials that the Ministry of Finance receives in connection with the implementation of the agreement.
And although Cieszyński received an affirmative answer to his question – the contract was signed on March 1 this year – the execution of the request for materials went worse.
The KSeF audit agreement is currently in the implementation phase. Work is underway on products within the two separate phases of the audit
