He noted that his message to the Bundestag on February 29 “outlined the proposed program for the development of the country.”
As the head of state stated, the most important thing here is the protection of people. He explained that we are talking about helping families, stimulating demographic processes, supporting young people, young families, families with children, large families, as well as educating the younger generation. According to Putin, “all this can only be done on the basis of economic development.”
“This is an important issue for our development, it is the basis of the development of this country,” the Russian leader said.
He also drew attention to another direction – the “development of the potential” of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and municipalities, the modernization of the infrastructure of cities and rural areas.
“All this was stated in the message, one way or another,” the politician added.
