The usurper of Bodnar, who claims to be the “national prosecutor”, is already making the first decisions and they are extremely controversial. The wPolityce.pl portal found one of the first decisions of prosecutor Dariusz Korneluk. He took over the case of Michał Domaradzki, who is being groomed to become the new police chief, from Szczecin to Łódź. According to our informants, this is the beginning of the end of these proceedings, in which Domaradzki, privately a close friend of prosecutor Ewa Wrzosek, has already been indicted. The point is to provide him with classified material from the ongoing investigation that could help Rafał Trzaskowski in his 2020 election campaign.

Domaradzki, who is facing serious persecution, currently works at Warsaw City Hall and was previously head of the Warsaw Police. Investigators had no doubt that he obtained material from one of the investigations through Ewa Wrzosek, which could potentially jeopardize Rafał Trzaskowski’s election campaign. Another prosecutor was reportedly involved in the case and led the proceedings. The Supreme Court has not agreed to waive her immunity. The case of Wrzosek’s own immunity is still before the Supreme Court.
“Process economics”
The case was handled by the Szczecin Regional Prosecutor’s Office. She was in charge because the case was transferred to the regional prosecutor’s office in Łódź. This is one of the first decisions of Dariusz Korneluk, who was illegally appointed as national prosecutor today.
The transfer of the investigation in question to the Regional Public Prosecutor’s Office in Łódź is justified by the good nature of the preparatory procedures, considerations of procedural economy, as well as the organizational and personnel capabilities of the Regional Public Prosecutor’s Office in Łódź.

The letter clearly states that Korneluk is very interested in the details of the investigation and demands that an “updated plan of investigative activities aimed at the substantive completion of these proceedings” be drawn up and sent to him.
The media recently reported that the new management of the Regional Prosecutor’s Office in Szczecin conducted an “audit” of this procedure. As reported by the wPolityce.pl portal, the prosecutor withdrew the appeal of his predecessors against the refusal to waive the immunity of her colleague Ewa Wrzosek, who, according to the prosecutor’s office, provided her with secret materials from the investigation at the Supreme Court. . These would then go to Domaradzki.
A shocking decision
We asked Prosecutor Michał Ostrowski, Deputy Prosecutor General, who personally oversaw the investigation, which moved Korneluk from Szczecin to Łódź, about the case.
If this information is true, it is shocking to me. I supervised this case in accordance with the instructions of the National Public Prosecutor’s Office and it is part of the so-called police scandal. The suspect, Domaradzki, has been charged with revealing the secrets of the investigation and inciting it. As for Prosecutor Wrzosek, she is the person against whom a request has been made to the Supreme Court to be held criminally liable. It was prepared by the prosecutor who was familiar with these materials. It is worth recalling that this is not only operational control material released by the services, but also material related to documents and witness statements, as well as an analysis of the flow of information at the time when Mr Rafał Trzaskowski was interrogated. a candidate for the President of the Republic of Poland and the prosecutor Wrzosek wrote to “give to RT”, counting on his favor

I see that someone lacked “courage”, or that he does not see these expectations in this matter

In this case the question arises whether the case has a chance of being successfully settled by the Public Prosecution Service after Korneluk’s ruling. Will there be a temptation to twist it in favor of the Civic Platform politicians?
