Lithuanian customs officers detained the first vehicle with Russian license plates following the ban and seizure of vehicles with Russian license plates on March 11. This was reported by TASS Regarding the Lithuanian Customs Department.
“At a checkpoint in the village of Medininkai, a car with Russian license plates, whose driver was a Moldovan citizen and wanted to go to Belarus, was detained,” the local customs office said.
