“The action of the current government is at the expense of the CPK company and Poland, because Poland deserves infrastructure development,” PiS MP Paweł Jabłoński said before the parliamentary inspection of the company.
PiS MPs – Grzegorz Puda, Marcin Horała and Paweł Jabłoński – went to the CPK company with parliamentary control.
Exposure of the Ministry of Finance to damage
We are going to the Centralny Port Komunikacyjny company to conduct a parliamentary inspection regarding a number of irregularities that have occurred at the company in recent weeks.
– Marcin Horała announced at a conference before the start of the inspection.
First of all, they concern the complete cessation of various types of processes and projects that were still in progress, often with the risk of losses to the company and the state budget, the suspension of tenders and the cessation of the signing of contracts. This creates a problem not only with scheduling, but also with different types of liabilities and could expose the company, i.e. the Ministry of Finance, which owns 100% of CPK, to damages.
– he explained.
In connection with the CPK, an audit will take place and only after this audit will it be known what needs to be done. Of course, this raises the big question of what the company’s management and lawyers are doing in the meantime, aside from waiting for the audit results. Another problem is that this audit does not take place. Three registrations were declared invalid, two of which were in a very dubious manner. This raises a whole series of questions about violations of public procurement law. Furthermore, Lasek’s representative probably accidentally admitted in his contribution to X that he was in constant contact with the committee members during the tender process. These kinds of things shouldn’t happen. The trustee oversees the CPK company in many different ways, for example by acting as the general meeting of the company, but cannot interfere in tender procedures or put pressure on purchasing committees. They must act exclusively on the basis of public procurement law, they must objectively choose the best offers, and not the offers that their representative will submit to them.
– explained Marcin Horała.

Poland deserves such an airport
According to Paweł Jabłoński, “the action of the current government is at the expense of the CPK company and Poland, because Poland deserves infrastructure development.”
Warsaw, the capital of the fifth largest country in the European Union, deserves an airport like those of other major capitals, for example Germany, the Netherlands and France. We are the same country, with the same ambitions, with the same development needs. If anyone wants to block it, especially under false pretenses, we oppose it. The extent of the disinformation and what the public can hear from Lasek’s attorney is shocking
– said Jabłoński.

Poles experience CPK positively
Grzegorz Puda, on the other hand, emphasized “that among the many investments carried out in our country, the Central Communications Port, or the development of infrastructure in general, is perceived as something positive by Poland.”
The day before yesterday, a survey was published on this issue, regarding the development of the CPK. Interestingly, the aviation industry, in addition to ordinary Polish citizens, also expressed positive opinions on this topic. This is the best evidence that this project should be built
– Puda pointed out.
On the day of the inspection, the company announced that the board of directors of Centralny Port Komunikacyjny had received PLN 11 million since its creation. As added, an internal audit is underway at CPK, conducted by the company and the Office of the Plenipotentiary for CPK; Tenders for external accountants are also carried out.
