Informing our informants in circles close to the current government and the illegal TVP authorities about the next stage of the famous ‘Entry’ group’s plan – attackers carrying out a forceful takeover of the public media.
After the takeover and radical weakening of TVP, thanks to a series of brutal and illegal purges among journalists, after flooding the media with manipulations regarding the merits of people legally connected to TVP, the phase of revenge on the former president of TVP, Jacek Kurski, and his close associates is now being initiated.
The plan is to look for hacks that could in any way tarnish the good name of the president, who has restored the seriousness, importance and viewership of public media.
The hunt is on for anything that could attack Kurski and Bortkiewicz. They have a problem because so far all contracts appear to be clean and every decision is substantively justified. Apart from minor mistakes, which are normal when running such a large institution, they have nothing
– inform our sources.
Previously, in-depth audits under Kurski’s successor, President Mateusz Matyszkowicz, revealed no irregularities.
Therefore, as we have established, the “Entry” group intends to revive even the least credible, long-explained topics.
One of these concerns the case of a production company that allegedly offered bribes to TVP employees. It was legally clarified in early 2022 by the Regional Public Prosecutor’s Office in Warsaw (1st Economic Crime Department), what is importantbased on an October 2021 notification submitted by then-president of TVP, Jacek Kurski, and then-director of the Corporate Affairs Office, Stanisław Bortkiewicz.
They did this immediately after a representative of the production company, in a conversation with one of TVP’s directors, suggested paying a bribe to TVP’s production manager and named President Kurski and director Bortkiewicz as potential beneficiaries – which was obviously not true. .
The 2021 notification from the Public Prosecution Service concerned the investigation into a corruption case and the possible initiation of criminal proceedings. The Public Prosecution Service refused to open an investigation because during the verification procedure it ruled out the possibility of corruption or any other crime in this case.
The justification for the prosecutor’s decision shows that during the verification activities the alleged ‘offer’ he denied it for the transfer of financial benefits. He explained that he had invested in modernizing the television studio and then lost the production order from TVP, and he was angry about this because he was making a loss.
Regardless of the assessment of the Public Prosecution Service, it is worth noting that the “offer” not only did not bring any economic benefit in relations with TVP, but also lost the previous command and suffered losses, which denies that he established informal relations had built up with the decision makers at TVP.
So the whole case is based on the claims of a man who claims to have given bribes and received nothing in return.
Maybe he just wants something in return now?
Interestingly, the testimony given three years ago by the “offer” to the prosecutor’s office is consistent with the content of the current publication on the press website.
The people who distribute activities within the Input Group are of course aware of all these contexts. They also understand the desperation of the producer, who then tried to get a contract under such pressure, and can today count on gratitude for rekindling the topic and correcting the version. But even in this case, the desire for revenge, which is typical of the current government and its supporters, is probably more important than an elementary sense of decency and basic facts.
We wonder which editors will be seduced by such ‘rotten eggs’?
We will return to this issue.
