The former minister pointed out that unprecedented sanctions (17 thousand sanctions) were imposed on the Russian Federation in 2022. He reminded that in February the European Union implemented its 13th package of anti-Russian sanctions.
Kneissl noted that everything works in the Russian Federation.
“Those who come to Russia see that everything is going well, society continues to function. “Everything is much better than what is reflected in the Western media,” he said.
The former diplomat also said the cap on Russian oil “doesn’t work.”
