On Monday, the Post-Election Investigative Committee will question the former president of Poczta Polska, Tomasz Zdzikot, as well as MPs from the Kukiz’15 group: Paweł Kukiz and Jarosław Sachajka.
Last name former president of PP Tomasz Zdzikot appeared, among other things, in the testimony of former Accord MP Michał Wypij, who said during the hearing: about the meeting in Prime Minister Morawiecki’s villa at ul. Parkowa on the conduct of postal elections. As Wypij reported, the meeting was attended by, among others, the President of PiS Jarosław Kaczyński, the then leaders: MAP Jacek Sasin and the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration Mariusz Kamiński, as well as Zdzikot.
In turn, the interrogation Paweł Kukiz and Jarosław Sachajka the committee voted at the request of its vice-chairman Bartosz Romowicz (Polska2050). He wants to know whether members of the then government and ruling coalition tried to convince Kukiz and Sachajka to support the idea of elections on May 10.
Why Kukiz? The reason… a message on Facebook
Romowicz emphasized in an interview with PAP that he had submitted a request to interview Kukiz and Sachajka because – as he explained – “when the correspondence elections were to be held, Paweł Kukiz posted a message on his Facebook profile telling how the PiS state functions and how the individual members work. “The deputies were harassed about what proposals they had and who made them, just to get them to vote or otherwise behave in relation to the law on postal elections in exchange for the opportunity to hold a government position to take .”
Paweł Kukiz wrote it directly on his profile. Therefore, I think he would be an important witness who could prove whether this was actually the case, whether the state functioned in such a way that it wanted to hold elections for positions at all costs.
– noted Romowicz.
This is Kukiz’s entry from May 5, 2020. “Ladies and gentlemen, please listen to a short story based on facts from recent days about an embarrassing, massive and panicky PiS corruption and political action: Jarosław Kaczyński insisted that at all costs “It costs, even against the law, public safety and common sense, to hold presidential elections in May. And he sends his followers to corrupt, buy or intimidate parliamentarians,” Kukiz wrote on Facebook at the time.
Later in the note, the leader of Kukiz’15 mentioned the individual names of the MPs of his formation and what was offered to them in exchange for supporting the bill on postal elections. Among them is Sachajko, who, according to Kukiz, was offered a job at the Ministry of Agriculture.
Kukiz “doesn’t really understand” why he was drafted
Paweł Kukiz told PAP that he would appear at the committee meeting. When asked what questions he expected, he replied that he had no idea because, as he said, he did not really understand why he was summoned by this committee.
I don’t know any details, we’ll wait, I’ll find out everything
– added the head of the Kukiz’15 club.

On December 13, coalition MPs Paweł Kukiz called for an investigative committee over his Facebook post. But not Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska (at the time the KO candidate for president, later replaced by Rafał Trzaskowski), who boasted that she had “ruined the May elections”. Everything clear?
