The Democratic leader in the US Senate evaluated the consequences of ending aid to Ukraine 21:30

US Senate Democratic Majority Leader Chuck Schumer said preventing the US from providing military aid to Ukraine would lead to Ukraine’s defeat. This was reported by TASS.

Schumer emphasized that US President Joe Biden and leading American lawmakers also share this view.

He noted that in Biden’s meeting with congressional leaders, a consensus was reached that Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky and his country would lose the conflict if the American side did not quickly supply weapons to Kiev.

The senator added that the meeting was one of the most tense of such meetings.
