Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council of the unrecognized Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic (PMR) Galina Antyufeyeva said that the call to join Russia will be accepted at the congress of deputies of all levels of the republic on February 28.

The Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council noted that a similar issue was raised at the referendum in 2006, and today, given the difficult situation, it is “incredibly stupid” to accept the call for accession to the Russian Federation.

It is necessary to do everything possible to establish peaceful relations, maintain peace and ensure respect for the rights and freedoms of PMR citizens. According to him, the spirit of the congress will be held this way.
