“Critical sentences that are sharp, but not intended to be demeaning” – this is how the Public Prosecutor’s Office in Radom assessed the words of Donald Tusk during the KO convention in this city about the President of the NBP, Prof. Adam Glapinski. Speaking in the summer of 2022: “A much smaller doubt would be enough to remove the man from the NBP, and I will do it. I assure!” Tusk was the leader of the largest opposition group, today he is Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland. And one of the ministers in his administration: the head of the Justice Department and the Attorney General, Adam Bodnar, is trying to “remove” prosecutor Dariusz Barski from the Public Prosecutor’s Office – in a way that raises doubts about the president, but also by Bodnar’s deputies and regional prosecutors.
The Radom District Prosecutor’s Office has stopped the investigation into Donald Tusk’s words from July 2022. It also stated that the then opposition leader’s statement did not contain a threat to physically remove Adam Glapiński from his position.

But it is not just about the current Prime Minister’s offensive, or in a sense dangerous statements.
Donald Tusk and Adam Bodnar are taking actions aimed at destroying the prosecutor’s office so that cases like these statements or the windmill scandal are not explained and brought to justice. They also need the Constitutional Court for the same purpose. They want to deprive the Poles of their independent institutions, which they can use as a last resort. Such bodies include the Constitutional Court and the Public Prosecution Service

The mandate of the chairman of the NBP is very strong. He is appointed by agreement between the Sejm and the President for a term of six years. It has the strongest legitimacy, it is responsible for the issuance of Polish currency, it has been elevated to a very high rank, we must remember this. This results in the suspension of the NBP President from his activities, but Donald Tusk should know about this. Maybe Donald Tusk or Adam Bodnar will escape to Brussels, but not all the prosecutors who legitimize it will escape. They will remain in the country and be held accountable. They should know that by endorsing the illegal decisions of Adam Bodnar, they are legitimizing the illegal actions of Bodnar and his usurpers, led by Jacek Bilewicz. They must be aware that they will be held liable and will pay for it. These are illegal actions

There is no doubt that we are committing a coup. They declared this collectively. For the first time in the history of Poland, the deputies of the Attorney General wrote a notice of opening of the proceedings and opposed these actions. The illegality of Bodnar’s actions was also confirmed by all regional prosecutors throughout Poland, and finally by the heads of the departments fighting organized crime and corruption. The best and most experienced prosecutors unanimously declared that Adam Bodnar is breaking the law. You don’t need any better evidence, you don’t need any better position. Any decisions that legitimize the illegal actions of Tusk’s government will be held accountable in the future
