The election program of presidential candidate Vladislav Davankov from the New People party is aimed at educated representatives of the middle class, residents of large cities and young people, says Evgeniy Minchenko, head of the communications holding Minchenko Consulting.
“This is a progressive election program that clearly defines the “niche” in which Davankov finds himself. The candidate appeals to medium and small businesses, young people and the educated middle class of large cities. The New People party positions itself as the representative of their interests,” the political scientist said in an interview with socialbites.ca.
