South Korean President Yun Seok-yeol criticized the current government in North Korea, calling it an “irrational” group and a “hereditary totalitarian regime”. This was reported by Yonhap.
According to him, the “North Korean regime” is the only regime in the world that legally allows a preemptive nuclear attack.

The South Korean president also criticized Kim Jong-un’s statements about the impossibility of peaceful reunification of Pyongyang and Seoul.
