I remember how the current total government, when it was still the total opposition, said that everyone was afraid of PiS because PiS followed everyone and put everyone in jail. But I don’t remember a time when we put a Platform MP in jail without any papers, when the court handed down a verdict, or when the MP was tied up with belts, force-fed or tortured. And now they say that everything is about building the rule of law

The Rules Committee reviewed the files, a debate took place in the Sejm, voting and detention. And here all these procedures were broken. It seems that the son of the director of Mr Kierwiński’s office ruled on the case of non-filing before the Supreme Court, which was not the chamber that dealt with it, even without the files.
