Deputy Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the United Nations (UN) Dmitry Polyansky said that Ukrainian officials are buried in lies regarding the situation regarding the destruction of the Il-76 aircraft belonging to the Russian Ministry of Defense by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
