As Borrell stated at the press conference after the EU Council meeting in Brussels, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev’s territorial claims cause serious concerns in the European Union.

He stressed the Azerbaijani side to return to a constructive dialogue with the Armenian side regarding signing a peace agreement between them, which will have serious consequences for our relations with Azerbaijan.
