The new spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will not regard the past few days as successful. He has made a mistake that could cost him dearly.
Paweł Wroński, who left “Gazeta Wyborcza” after many years of work, is the spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The former journalist works in the ministry of Radosław Sikorski.
As Witold Jurasz of Onet.pl revealed, Wroński made a serious mistake, which led to him revealing his actions as a spokesperson.
Wroński’s mistake
The journalist sent him a series of questions about the so-called visa scandal. In response to the problem, the State Department spokesperson has issued instructions for subordinates on how to respond when faced with questions and answers that Jurasz was waiting for. The problem is that Wroński did not send these instructions to his colleagues, but to… an Onet journalist.
In an email to his subordinates, the spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that Onet’s questions “entail dangers of a legal (labor court) and political nature.” While we understand this first objection, the designation of ‘political threats’ at the beginning of the guidelines raises serious doubts.
– reveals Jurasz.
Wroński’s answer also includes: An excerpt about Witold Jurasz himself.
If the decision signed by Rau to dismiss Mr. Osajda was a decision without cause, we will write about it. If there is other information, we refer to the GDPR and expect powers of attorney according to which Mr. Jurasz represents the interests of Mr. Osajda
– writes Wroński to his colleagues.
