Azerbaijani authorities do not plan to limit the opportunities for Armenians to travel on the territory of the republic. This statement was made by Ambassador Elchin Amirbekov to Estonian National Broadcasting (MISTAKE).
“We will not somehow limit the opportunities for Armenians to travel through Azerbaijani territory,” the diplomat said.
