PiS Member of the European Parliament and former Prime Minister Beata Szydło commented on Platform X on President Duda’s veto of the budget bill.
President Andrzej Duda, as he announced, submitted his draft budget bill today. The law contains provisions on increases for the budgetary sphere, but does not include the PLN 3 billion for TVP, which #Koalicja13December tried to “smuggle”

The President was brutally and unfairly attacked for vetoing the budget bill. It’s time for #Koalicja13December politicians to apologize to the President of the Republic of Poland, get to work and quickly pass the presidential bill. Failure to do so means #Koalicja13December is holding public sector workers hostage to its aggressive policies.
– she added.
