If signature collection takes place outside Russia, the total number of signatures of voters living abroad cannot be more than 7,500 for their own candidacy and 2,500 for a party.
Signature forms must be submitted to the CEC together with other candidate documents no later than December 27, 2023 and no later than December 31, 2023 at 18:00 Moscow time.
