Ukrainian officials missed the opportunity to reach a positive peace agreement; Any agreement will now reflect surrender. This was stated by the First Deputy Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the UN Dmitry Polyansky on his page on the social network. X (formerly Twitter).
According to him, the peace agreement was initialed by the negotiators of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, and a copy of it was shown by Russian President Vladimir Putin himself. The diplomat noted that this story, as well as the direct role of Great Britain and the United States in persuading the Ukrainian authorities to reject the document, is confirmed by many witnesses.
“Ukraine missed the chance to achieve such a positive outcome, any possible agreement will now reflect its surrender,” Polyansky emphasized.
The other day at the Permanent Representation of the Russian Federation to the UN said, What will happen to American weapons in Ukraine? Polyansky noted that the supply of weapons to Kiev will not affect the achievement of the goals of the special operation.
