American businessman Elon Musk demanded from Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky to explain the detention and arrest of US citizen Gonzalo Lira. He wrote this on his social network account. X (formerly Twitter).
Musk commented on TV host Tucker Carlson’s remarks that US citizen Lira had been held in a Ukrainian prison since July and was tortured there.
“After sending a hundred billion dollars to Ukraine, they also imprisoned an American? Maybe it’s not just criticism of Zelensky? Because if that were the case, we would have big problems,” Musk wrote.
He asked Zelensky to explain this situation to the Americans.
