Overview of Prof. Tzarnecka’s biography
Marzena Czarnecka is a qualified doctor of economics, legal advisor and professor at the University of Economics in Katowice. He heads the Energy Transformation Department at this university (where Borys Budka is one of four university professors). He specializes in consumer law, competition law, commercial law and employment law.
Prof. Czarnecka is a legal advisor and partner at Czarnecka Legal based in Warsaw. The description on the law firm’s website emphasizes its more than twenty years of experience in regulated markets, as well as its authorship of more than sixty publications in the field of consumer and energy law.
Czarnecka’s scientific trajectory includes a master’s degree from the Faculty of Law and Public Administration of the University of Silesia and a doctorate from the Economic University in Katowice.
