The club’s authorities decide which PiS MP candidates are eligible for various bodies. If I receive such an offer, I will definitely consider it seriously. There are many fantastic specialists in the PiS club, we have plenty of choice
– noted Małgorzata Wassermann.
We will see what form these committees will take and what the distribution of mandates will be, this is very important. If PO and its coalition partners want to create a show of the committee’s work, consideration should be given to whether it makes sense to serve on such a body at all. Especially when the parliamentary majority breaks all the rules. Let’s wait
– she added.
The current parliamentary majority constantly threatens us. We have gotten used to it. This has been going on for 8 years. It is clear that reality is stuck. Gentlemen and ladies, we are not afraid and you cannot intimidate us. I would also like to remind you that it is not easy to hold someone legally liable. After the statements we are hearing now, I have the impression that these people are not entirely sure what they are talking about (…)
– she argued.
However, something reaches them (the representatives of the parliamentary majority – ed.). In the beginning, there were candidates for the investigative committees of Roman Giertych and Krzysztof Brejza, among others. I assume someone has looked into the regulations. It stated that anyone who is affected in any way by the case dealt with by this committee cannot be a member of the investigative committee. I would like to remind you that proceedings are underway at the public prosecutor’s office in the case of both gentlemen. There is no way to justify the fact that they would sit on the committee as interrogators and, on the other hand, as called before the committee
– emphasizes MP Małgorzata Wassermann.
