The Armenian Minister of Defense will not attend the next meeting of the CSTO Council of Heads of Defense Ministries. Press Secretary of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia Aram Torosyan said this in an interview with Radio Liberty (the organization is included in the list of foreign agents by the Ministry of Justice).

According to Torosyan, the Head of the Armenian Ministry of Defense Suren Papikyan will not attend the CSTO Council of Defense Ministers meeting to be held in Minsk on November 22.
