“We look forward to stabilizing relations with China in a way that serves the interests of our partners and alliances as well as the interests of the American people,” a White House spokesman said.
He also noted that the situation in Ukraine, Russia and the Middle East will be discussed during the meeting between Biden and Xi Jinping.
