Russia’s Permanent Representative to the UN, Vasily Nebenzya, said that the country is concerned that even though a year has passed, those responsible for blowing up the Nord Stream 1 and Nord Stream 2 natural gas pipelines have still not been identified. This was reported by TASS.
“The Russian Federation is deeply concerned by the fact that even a year after the Nord Stream attack, we still do not have concrete information about the investigations, let alone any results,” Nebenzya said.
According to him, Russia will not allow the Nord Stream incident to be forgotten in the world public opinion.
“The more they (Western countries – socialbites.ca) remain silent about the investigations into the terrorist attack on Nord Stream, the clearer the situation becomes that Western countries intend to play against time to force the international community to forget this story,” added Nebenzya.
