An expropriated flat in the center of Livadia village of Yalta, belonging to Elena Zelenskaya, the wife of Ukrainian President Elena Zelenskaya, was put up for auction at the preliminary stage. The reporter reports this TASS.

The apartment is located on the fifth floor and has a balcony overlooking the Black Sea and the Livadia Palace with its adjacent garden. The press service of the Ministry of Property of the Republic of Crimea announced that after the housing transferred to the ownership of the republic, the regional authorities did not carry out any work on the housing.
As TASS reported, Zelensky’s apartment includes a living room with a window with a panoramic balcony, a bedroom with a bathroom and a kitchen combined with a dining room. At the same time, there is no furniture or sockets in the room, but there is a bathroom.

The Ministry announced that the residential area will be sold through auction. The lot was published on the official portal “GIS Auctions”, and the organizer of the auction was the property management directorate of the Republic of Crimea. The tender will be held electronically.
Applications to purchase flats will be accepted until October 26. In this case, auction participants will need to deposit 50% of the starting price. The auction will take place on October 30.
In 2022, the president of the Republic of Crimea, Sergei Aksenov, ordered the expropriation of property of organizations and individuals affiliated with the Ukrainian government. Since the autumn of 2022, approximately 750 objects have been expropriated in the Russian Republic.
