Donald Tusk’s visit to Brussels is likely to take place on Wednesday and Thursday, as planned – the head of the KO club, Borys Budka, told journalists after the meeting of the PO national board.

– Budka emphasized.
He noted that Tusk, among other things, the former head of the European Council, is the most experienced Polish politician.
And fortunately, he is the person who guarantees the restoration of very good relations with the EU and our partners. Hence the discussions he will have with state leaders next week on the occasion of the European summit
– added the head of the KO club.
Freeing up money from the KPO
When asked about the announcement of Tusk’s visit to Brussels and the release of KPO funds, Budka emphasized that “these will be talks at the highest level.”
We all realize that Prime Minister Tusk’s contacts and experience as head of the European Council are invaluable in such a situation.
– he noted.
But according to the PO politician, “first and foremost it is the great confidence that Europe has in the democratic opposition party.” As he recalled, “when it comes to issues of the rule of law and the implementation of milestones, this is one of the fundamental demands that united the opposition.”
If the president does not interfere in this, one of the first bills to reach his desk will be the law that will resolve the issue of justice and restore the rule of law in Poland.

When asked about the date of Donald Tusk’s visit to Brussels next week, he replied that “it will probably be Wednesday and Thursday, as planned.”
