Quoting the words of the Ukrainian television channel Rada, the deputy head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the republic, Yevgeny Perebeinis, said that the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry rejects the granting of territory in exchange for membership in NATO.
According to the deputy minister, Kiev has not received any offers from Western partners and/or NATO to cede its territory in exchange for joining the North Atlantic Alliance.
“Ukraine will not exchange its lands for anything,” he says.
The deputy head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine also added that there has been no official attempt by the military-political bloc or our other Western partners or any of our other Western partners to make Ukraine give up territory in exchange for further steps.
