“In two weeks there will be a very important day: there will be elections, there will be a referendum. We must participate in it, because first and foremost it is about the future of Poland,” Beata Szydło emphasized at a press conference in Brzeszcze.
Choices regarding Poland’s security
MEP Szydło pointed out that these were elections that concerned the security of Poland and Poles.
So that everything we have been doing for years can be continued. We live in difficult times, when there is war on our eastern border, and we must be aware that the choices before us are extremely important. You make your own choice about who to trust and who to choose, but you must remember that safety is the most important thing today. Safe Poland, in a very broad sense. Both military and social security, but also the feeling that we can live peacefully in any small town. We are going to Katowice to talk about it at the PiS convention
– said the former Prime Minister.
Who to vote for?
Beata Szydło also recalled that “when PO wanted to close the coal mine in Brzeszcze, the residents stood up and defended these jobs” together with local government officials.
(…) We must be convinced that only the choice is made by those who are on the side of the people – when PiS started its work for the people in 2015, we clearly said that neither the Brzeszcze mine nor the Polish mining industry will do so. liquidated. Remember this. Who to choose? Are they the ones who talk a lot about different plans, projects or have no projects at all, or the ones who have always been by your side?
– said the MEP, who also called for participation in the referendum.
Participate in the referendum. It is the right of a citizen to express his or her opinion about the future of the homeland. In this referendum we will decide whether we want a safe Poland or a Poland that will constantly have to follow orders from Brussels or Berlin.
– emphasizes MEP Beata Szydło.
