Lawsuit against Tusk
We filed an electoral lawsuit against Donald Tusk. Leaders of major political parties build their campaigns on emotions, attacks and lies
– the Nonpartisan Local Government Workers wrote on Facebook on Tuesday.
Party spokesman Krzysztof Maj wrote that the formation’s growing support “is not in favor of PiS, and that is why we had to win against TVP, which ignored us.”
It also doesn’t support PO, whose leader is lying about us. I wonder why he is doing this, since his party colleague Michał Szczerba lost against us in court because he insinuated about our cooperation with PiS.
– wrote Maj.
““PiS sidekick” and “Kaczyński’s helpers”

According to Interia, the lawsuit concerns words that Tusk spoke during an election rally in Piła on September 21. The leader of the Civic Coalition said that the non-partisan local government people were “attached to PiS” and “Kaczyński’s helpers”, and he directly accused them of being financed by the ruling party.
