Kazakhstan President Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev dismissed or redistributed several ministers. The relevant regulation is published at: area heads of state.
According to the documents, the Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development, Marat Karabaev, was appointed head of the Ministry of Transport created the previous day, while Arman Shakkaliev became the Minister of Trade. Ermek Marzhikpaev assumed the post of head of the Ministry of Tourism, and Aida Balaeva became Minister of Culture and Information.
September 1 Tokayev signed decree on the reorganization of the administrative structure of the head of state. According to the document, the positions of vice presidents in the presidential administration were abolished.
The updated structure will include the head of the presidential administration, the Secretary of the Security Council, the head of department, the vice presidents, advisers, as well as departments of the presidential administration.
