The International Group of Scientists from Italy and the United States confirmed the effectiveness of a new approach to chronic waist treatment – Postural channel therapy (CPM) method (CPM). The results of the study have been published scientifically magazine Health Service.
The BGBm is combined with special exercises, correcting the posture and respiratory applications to eliminate imbalances that cause chronic back pain. Contrary to traditional physiotherapy exercises (exercise therapy), therapists use tactile tips, visual feedback and proprioweeptive stimuli to restore natural biomechanics.
During the study, experts compared two approaches: Traditional exercises of exercise therapy and CPM method based on kinesiology (motion correction).
The CPM group showed a significant decrease in the pain four weeks later, and the effect remained three months after treatment. Patients have improved posture and load distribution.
This discovery gives hope to millions of people suffering from chronic back pain and can change their approach to rehabilitation of patients with musculoskeletal system disorder.
