The district court in Warsaw has settled the first election case. Civic Platform accused PiS of informing about the 15% unemployment rate during Tusk’s reign at the election site. The court today banned the spread of the mockery of the above information, but the ruling party does not have to apologize to Civic Platform. The court also rejected the request for rectification and did not agree to question the witness, the person appearing at the disputed place.
