“This is the anti-Polish policy of the total opposition. Sometimes pro-German attitudes emerge, sometimes pro-Russian attitudes, Deputy Justice Minister Marcin Romanowski said in an interview with Maciej Wolny on wPolsce.pl television, referring to the issue of Donald Tusk’s inclusion of Michał Kołodziejczak and Bogusław Woloszanski in KO electoral lists.
Kolodziejczak and Woloszański on KO lists
The first places on the parliamentary lists of the citizens’ coalition in Łódź Voivodeship were: Dariusz Joński from constituency No. 9 in Łódź, former head of the SLD in the region; a candidate from constituency No. 11 in Sieradz, a member of the KO and former PO-PSL government spokesman, Cezary Tomczyk; candidate for a parliamentary mandate in constituency no. Piotrków Trybunalski historian and former TVP journalist Bogusław Wołoszański, a secret collaborator of the communist secret police in the People’s Republic of Poland.
In turn, the list of candidates of the Civic Coalition for the Sejm from the Konin district will be opened by the leader of Agrounia, Michał Kołodziejczak. Currently, the only KO MP from this constituency, Tomasz Piotr Nowak, will contest the elections from second place.
In his statements, Kołodziejczak criticized the Polish government for breaking trade ties with Russia and called on the Americans to give the middle finger. Asked about these issues, the deputy justice minister said that “we have already seen it in the actions of Donald Tusk, the entire civic platform, PSL, in times of reset with Russia.”
Fearful of Putin and Medvedev, Tusk resigns from the anti-missile shield, resigns from the real presence of the United States in Poland, from defending Poland against Russian missiles and from strengthening our security. (…) What Kołodziejczak said before the US embassy, or what he said that the Polish government would pursue an anti-Russian policy, which led to the closing of Russian stores, is the same policy. Pro-Russian policy, pro-German policy and in practice we would be in real danger if the years 2007-2015 came back. People see it and they fear it
– emphasized Marcin Romanowski.

Referring to the presence of Bogusław Wołoszański, an undercover associate of the communist secret police, on the KO lists, the deputy justice minister said this was “a consistent path taken by Tusk and PO.
This environment is a representation of an even more infamous past, that of the communist era. For example, people who were in the organs of communist violence and censorship are now cherished. These are the people who set the tone for anti-government demonstrations. This is the anti-Polish policy of the total opposition. Sometimes pro-German attitudes emerge, sometimes pro-Russian attitudes, and as in this case ghosts of the communist past appear on these lists
– said the deputy head of MS.

Attempts to undermine the validity of elections
The conversation also touched on the issue of the validity of elections in Poland. This is decided by the Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs. When asked if he is afraid that attempts will be made to undermine the decision of this body, the State Secretary for Justice emphasized that the fear was real.
Of course there is such fear. It is very realistic, because this argument of the European Commission, the CJEU, against the Disciplinary Chamber can very easily be applied to the Chamber of Special Control. In my opinion, this danger is absolutely present. (…) It is not the case that the EC only does it on its own initiative. It is the representatives of the “Polish” opposition who walk in Western salons and whine to attack Poland. (…) We cannot afford foreign powers, foreign capitals to interfere in Poland’s democratic decisions
– emphasizes Deputy Minister of Justice Marcin Romanowski in an interview with Maciej Wolny on wPolsce.pl television.
