Brussels bureaucrats are not only afraid of the election results in Poland, but also of the referendum. If Poland said “no” to the migration pact, it would mean that the EU’s illegal actions in this area would not bind the Polish government
– says Sebastian Kaleta, Deputy Minister of Justice, in an interview with the wPolityce.pl portal.

The wPolityce.pl portal revealed a letter from Commissioner Reynders to the Polish government attacking the extraordinary Chamber of Control and Public Affairs. This is extremely worrying, as it is this House that will decide whether the elections are valid.
Sebastian Kaleta: Commissioner Reynders has been taking steps to support the opposition and play on the chaos in Poland for some time now. The recent judgments of the ECJ indicate that this is the course of action that the Brussels bureaucrats are considering. Given the civic platform’s catastrophic campaign, once expressed by the “street and abroad” doctrine, the European Commission, through blackmail, will try to influence the situation in Poland. Commissioner Reynders strives for complete anarchy of the judiciary in Poland. Minister Zbigniew Ziobro has often spoken about it. He pointed out that it is clear from numerous negotiation processes that they will be aimed at not recognizing judicial appointments made after 2018.
But in the tone of Reynders’ letter we find the same tones as in the resolutions of the highly politicized association “Iustitia” and in the speeches of opposition politicians. One has the impression that this story has been reproduced in the Commissioner’s letter.
This is Donald Tusk’s last resort. Let me remind you that there was an attempt to undermine the election of President Andrzej Duda and the status of the Extraordinary Chamber of Control and Public Affairs. We see that inspiration coming from Polish circles. This is because this environment has worked for years to create chaos in Poland, to undermine the status of judges.
In this way, the political structure of the state is undermined.
I recently spoke about this in the Sejm, as the opposition moved to undermine the status of judges of the Extraordinary Chamber of Control and Public Affairs. I have pointed out that the mandates of the Members of Parliament who passed a resolution on the Audit Chamber of the Supreme Court in the European Parliament have been confirmed in the Extraordinary Audit and Public Affairs Chamber of the Supreme Court. They do not doubt their mandate, nor the money they have earned by fulfilling their mandate as Members of Parliament, but suddenly there is a debate about this House. This is initiated by deputy Reynders and is channeled to various institutions, including the CJEU. In the latest judgment of the CJEU, it refers to this issue and actually leaves the door open for further attacks on Poland.
Let’s imagine a situation where the election result is judged positively by the Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs. You are not afraid of a situation where the resolution of the Supreme Court is “invalid” for the European Commission.
Brussels bureaucrats are not only afraid of the election results in Poland, but also of the referendum. If the Poles said ‘no’ to the migration pact, it would mean that illegal action by the EU in this area would not bind the Polish government. That is why Commissioner Johansson’s visits to TVN were organized, as well as Donald Tusk’s manipulations. Indeed, the European Commission is preparing the way to formally declare that it does not care about Polish elections and referenda, because it does not like the shape of the Supreme Court. The Commission is also paving the way for a possible defeat of the Polish opposition in the elections. I hope the Poles will judge this game and choose “in Polish”.
