The National Electoral Commission has received another 7 reports about the establishment of an election commission for the elections to the House of Representatives.
The PKW has already registered 13 election committees
The following committees are awaiting registration: KW Responsibility, KW Normalny Kraj, KW Wyborców Ruchu Proprobity and Peace, KW Free Europe, KW Poland 2050, KW Repairing Poland, KW Piast – Unity of Thought of European Nations and the World, as well as previously reported: KW Antyparty, KW Union of Christian Families and KW United.
So far, the PKW has registered 13 election commissions.
The committee registered 11 party committees: KW Law and Justice, KW Konfederacja Wolność i Niepospodarow, KW Nowa Lewica, KW Bezpartjni Samorządowcy, KW Polska Liberalna Strike Entrepreneurs (informed to only participate in elections to the Sejm), KW Patrioci Polska ( notification of his intention to participate only in elections to the Sejm), KW Polska Jest One, KW Zwiazek Słowiańskiego, KW Party of Freedom, KW Social Movement Agrounia TAK and KW Bezpartjni.
The Commission has also registered two coalition committees: KKW Koalicja Obywatelska PO .N IPL Zieloni and KKW Third Road Poland 2050 by Szymon Hołownia – Polskie Stronnictwo Ludowe.
PKW will accept applications until August 28
The PKW will accept applications for the establishment of a committee no later than August 28.
Electoral commissions can form political parties, coalitions of parties and voters. To participate in the distribution of seats to the Sejm, party election commissions and voters’ electoral commissions must have more than 5 percent of voters’ votes. national electoral threshold; the electoral threshold for coalition election commissions is 8 percent.
If the notification meets the conditions of the Electoral Code, the National Electoral Commission decides on its acceptance within 3 days after the submission of the notification. If the report has flaws, the NEC calls on the voter to remove it within 3 days. If the defects are not rectified within this time, the PKW will refuse the report. The election proxy has the right to file a complaint with the Supreme Court against the NEC’s decision to deny the notice.
From the moment of registration, the Election Commission can start collecting signatures for the lists of candidates. The deadline for submitting candidate lists for deputies and senators is September 6.
