Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki will be in Turów on Wednesday and will meet with mine and power plant workers, PiS spokesman Rafał Bochenek told TVP on Tuesday.
“Turów will certainly not be left alone”
In a joint statement, the Frank Bold Foundation, Greenpeace and the EKO-UNIA Ecological Association announced that the Provincial Administrative Court in Warsaw has determined that the Turów mine case poses a risk of causing significant damage to the environment and has suspended implementation of the environmental decision for the project.
As a PiS government, we guarantee that we will definitely not give in here, Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki will come to Turów tomorrow, he will meet the workers’ representatives. Turów will certainly not be left alone, we will fight for the functioning of this mine and this power plant
said Bochenek.

He was also asked about the ruling of the Supreme Court, which on Tuesday overturned the stoppage of the case of Mariusz Kamiński and other former heads of the CBA, convicted at first instance and pardoned in 2015 by President Andrzej Duda; the case was referred back to court for re-examination.
This is an anti-democratic ruling designed to create legal chaos, the Supreme Court’s ruling has no legal basis
said a spokesman for PiS.
