Sergei Leonidchenko, head of the legal reference office of Russia’s permanent mission to the UN, said the United States has imposed new restrictions on the movement of Russian diplomats. He told this to reporters DEA News.
According to him, the notification procedure for leaving the 25-mile zone was replaced by a permissive one. Leonidchenko claims that since December 2022, all employees of the Permanent Mission of the Russian Federation to the UN have been denied travel outside this region without any explanation.
