“There are also technologies, healthcare, water management, mechanical engineering. <...> “We are gradually exploring these areas ourselves,” said the diplomat.
He noted that the Democratic Republic of the Congo is also interested in partnering with Russia on technology.
“There is a wide range of potential areas for investment from Russia,” the ambassador summed up.
In July 2022, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov visit Congo as part of a tour of Africa. The official, who discussed the problem of food supply to the region by meeting with President Denis Sassou Nguesso, also conveyed the message of Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
