Tusk has been threatening election rigging and has been announcing an attack on the democratic regime for months

It is not the first time that Donald Tusk warms up the atmosphere and threatens to cheat the next parliamentary elections. In the absence of a program, after finally burying his dream of creating a joint opposition list, after Radosław Sikorski’s subsequent dramatic embarrassment, it is clear that the PO leader has no ideas on how to take his party to victory lead. Hence the return to the topic of electoral fraud.

Who is responsible for it?

The person making such guesses, expressing fears, or insinuating that the current administration wants to rig the election is none other than Donald Tusk himself.

The leader of PO first started this story at the end of October 2021. In an interview Donald Tusk gave to the Onet.pl portal at the time, he threatened that the next election would not be fair. Presumably Tusk already felt defeat by then and saw that the plan to win back lost voters was not going his way, as he announced:

when it comes to PiS’s intentions, they obviously won’t be fair.

But that is not everything. In October 2021, Donald Tusk argued in an interview with Onet that not only would the election be rigged, but he already knew that if Law and Justice lost the election, Jarosław Kaczyński would not want to give up power.

If Kaczyński is not mentally ready to leave after losing the election, we will force him to do so. We’ll find ways to enforce it

Another announcement

In July 2022, Donald Tusk already threatened that if PiS wins again, the street will be organized.

There will come a time when we will all organize in the streets, if this power does not disappear

– said the leader of the Civic Platform at the “Convention of the Future” in Radom.

Now Donald Tusk announces:

Our response to attempts to undermine the rules of the election game, to the threat of electoral manipulation and fraud, is to prepare a major civic, social action, with the aim of effectively monitoring the elections.

This social action appears to be another riot that Tusk has been preparing for months. Only the quoted statements make it clear who has dishonest intentions with regard to the conduct of the elections and who, if the result is not in his favour, will want to cause a riot in the streets.
