German Federal Chancellor Olaf Scholz said that Germany was acting in coordination with the Allies on the supply of battle tanks to Ukraine. It has been reported TASS.
At a joint press conference with French President Emmanuel Macron, Scholz emphasized that their country has done a lot to support Ukraine financially and humanitarianly, as well as provide weapons.
“We have continually expanded our current supply of highly effective weapons. And we have always closely coordinated all these decisions with all our key allies and friends, for example, France, the USA and other major European countries,” he said.
He stressed that Germany has always closely discussed the specific situation with all its allies and plans to continue this in the future.
