Ziobro to the opposition: All you care about is doing chutzpah. You demand support in an attack on your homeland

All you do is make a chutzpah; sweating you run around in foreign capitals demanding support in an attack on your own homeland; then you ask where the money from the KPO is – Justice Minister Zbigniew Ziobro told opposition deputies on Monday at the session of the parliamentary committee.

Ziobro spoke Monday at the session of the Justice and Human Rights Commission, which will discuss a motion of no confidence against him in the evening. This application was submitted in mid-November by the clubs KO and Lewicy and the Polska 2050 circle. “The person of Minister Ziobro does not guarantee what the Minister of Justice has in his duties,” explained MP Krzysztof Śmiszek (left) on Monday.

Instead of supporting us, you organized an international uprising, which means that for five years we have been unable to implement our plans for changes in the judiciary, five years more laws have been introduced that disorganize and anarchize the judiciary – only and exclusive because you use your influence and position in Brussels and primarily in Berlin

Opposition MPs criticized Ziobro. Śmiszek requested the presentation titled: “Security and Sovereignty. Successes of the Ministry of Justice”.

After the committee has given its opinion on the no-confidence motion in Ziobro, the Sejm will consider the motion in plenary on Tuesday.

KPO blocking

You tell the fairytales of Poland that KPO is a kind of free donation, citing a classic that it is a non-refundable scholarship. It is a loan with a very high interest rate. Loan. Which you will have to pay a lot of money for in the future

said the Minister of Justice. As he noted, “the experts who have prepared opinions for the Ministry of Finance indicate that this non-refundable donation, a grant, will cost Poland PLN 300-500 billion.”

So for 100 billion we have to pay the European Union 300 to 500 billion

The minister also spoke about the solutions prepared by his ministry.

Thanks to the changes introduced by MS, the collection of alimony in Poland has increased by 230 percent.

remarked Ziobro. He stressed that changes have been prepared, effectively breaking legal highs mafia, and that a register of pedophiles, stricter penalties for pedophilia and an anti-usury law have been introduced.

During the meeting also spoke the deputy head of MS Marcin Warchoł, who spoke eg about the reform of the penal code – signed in early December by President Andrzej Duda – tightening the sentences for the most dangerous criminals.
