Office employees in panic. The number of empty positions related to remote operation is reduced rapidly. Companies began to return the personnel to a large extent.

It’s hard to say what this is connected with. There are companies where the conditions for localization have changed, but there is such a minority. Most of the business owners evaluated the five -year experience in the absence of workers in the office and concluded that the management of processes in personal contact is still more effective. I decided to remember my own experience while discussing what is better.

The remote control in my life, like most, was directly associated with Covid. After our driver brought me a big office computer, I remember how my dining table suddenly turned into a worker. There was something exotic and even bully: but now how we will see everything without reading everything, refrigerators and stoves and even taking pajamas. After all, life is not a holiday! You don’t need to get up early to decide what to wear, lunch – is a distance of a lying arm here. Usually quiet about makeup: let the skin rest while here to conquer the world without getting up from the couches.

At first it was great, but two important disadvantages were gradually drawn. No, I didn’t miss how you might have thought to my colleagues and even more – Time trips by public transport.

The first minus communication was the difficulties. I had to write a lot – it just looked faster than talking at first glance. Infinite explanations and explanations were necessary in practice. A lot of common messages disappeared. We have created new and new conversations to avoid this. All this farm was drunk, stole and ring forever, and did not leave time directly to focus on work. In the evenings, the eyes have already been crawled from the orbits, because you need to look at the screen of the phone, and the computer needs to be more times more.

It has emerged clearly: facial expressions, smiles, appearance and intonation in personal communication are of great importance. All this disappears during written communication. If you are unhappy with someone, dream of an aggression, a person is jokingly joking and uncomfortable if he does not see a series of expressions under the message. It would be ridiculous if all this wasn’t very sad – we really pampered with some colleagues during such correspondence. And it is still an environment to establish them in writing.

The second oil minus is the blurred boundaries of the working day.

Apparently you’ve finished working, but for example, your boss doesn’t think that way. In the office, everything is clear and understandable: they worked and disintegrated, but it seems that you can write at home until the evening. It’s hard with lunch. Nobody sees that you are not in the workplace, so attempts to find half an hour are doomed to fail-will be an urgent unresolved task to inform you when you pour a plate of soup for some colleagues. Get ready to eat by looking at the screen.

About six months later, after such a life, something was incredible: the flies were separately and I wanted to go back to the office as they said. My Arzum took place, but for the acquaintances who continued to publish the stylish species of Bali and Cyprus, there was a feeling of a slight jealousy. It is still understood that these people tear the bonus and make money and admire the sea ocean and palm trees. Not for you to watch on the brick wall of the courtyard in the eternal twilight, so your eyes will be listened to from the computer.

We ended with a remote control with Covid, but some inheritance remains.

Now we all work in a stylish graphics called “Hybrid: We go to the office for four days and we work from home. I really love hybrid, creates some kind of illusion of freedom, and at the same time maintains all the advantages of personal communication. I know many companies in which the time spent in the office and at home is distributed in about half, but the meaning of the hybrid program changes very little: After all, you should still be in the same city as your employer, so palm trees are absolutely disappearing.

Surprisingly, just a few years ago, everyone was sure that the world would never be the same, and a visit to the office very soon would go away like discs. Indeed, in many ways, remote control seems more effective: Employers can save good money to pay for office rental, employees can be transferred to the contract basis and pay less taxes, but it turned out that the change of live communication is almost impossible in areas where the result is directly dependent on teamwork.

Suddenly, “distant” shots became even higher than usual: people are burning quickly, working on four walls for 8-12 hours, and it is almost impossible to get an increase in this way of cooperation: not if you become an excellent employee, but the promotion of the career staircase includes personal communication. And in addition to working problems, someone who discusses an account in a cup of coffee with the boss yesterday’s football match, always has an advantage according to an invisible task manager, get perfect.
