If that girl had a father, at least some kind of prosecutor. This is bullshit, in reality they beat each other in schools because they are healthy, not a single teenager who was videotaped when they beat a classmate in the crowd does not file a criminal case in Russia.

The reality is different: now I live in Veliky Novgorod, we are living an epic with Maga, 17.5 years old, who has been operating in the only big shopping center in the city since last year. Maga came up with the idea of ​​taking money from children. She captures both familiar and unfamiliar schoolchildren aged 8-12-16 and asks her to give everything to her. Those who do not refuse are driven to the toilet and beaten there.

The children recorded a collective video message: the very little ones told how he took money from them in the toilet. And what would you think? The first scandals resulted in a fine of 5,000 rubles for parents. The Investigative Committee became interested when they posted another video of a teenager being beaten by a bandit gang. These people do not know how the state works in our country, they do not know its values. Otherwise, they would have realized that the conditional Maga, which has been kicking middle school students in the toilet for three years, is a systemic problem, not a local one. Our state is so regulated that there is no imprisonment or disenfranchisement for such a child, even if he already has a fistula of testosterone clot.

The reason why the Russian Federation is soft on juvenile delinquents is not entirely clear. Versions differ, one argues that the state protects those who are socially close, because this has happened in our history. I’ve also heard of another option: the state clearly shows them criminals with impunity, as if implying that they have full authority to deal with lousy intellectuals, in order to keep the public in fear and make it easier to control them. But lately it occurred to me that there may be another explanation for loyalty to demonic children. Maybe the state feels guilty in front of them. Or is it a general ghost horror?

We remember the times when criminal responsibility in Russia began at the age of 12. In 1935, the Central Executive Committee of the USSR issued a resolution “On measures to combat juvenile delinquency.” He ensured that all measures of responsibility for serious and especially serious crimes are applied to children. At ITL, youth remained in forced labor camps until 1935.

Later, it was presented to us as a result of the brutalization of the bloody regime. For example, I read various memoirs of the inhabitants of Solovki, including the memoirs of academician Likhachev: they told about the life of young people in Solovki. The children literally could not work, took a small ration and starved. Many wore slit potato sacks, even mentions of teenagers with only one tin can occupying an embarrassing place among all their clothes. In camp language they were called leopards, they lived naked under bunk beds and begged for bread, dying faster than anyone else because those they wanted food were also starving.

Historians and so-called historians of the 80-90s explained all this by the bloody nature of the regime. But if you carefully read the books about the same Solovki, we learn that young people play cards or drink clothes, children often get a second term in the camp because of brutal murder, robbery, they are killed by a crowd for their bread rations. shirt. They could not kill, but as soon as they arrived at the camp, they changed their clothes to eat without thinking of the consequences. And they, too, only went into camps for particularly brutal and dangerous crimes. And in 1937 it was difficult to take a teenager and send him to a camp or area. Almost impossible. But those who went there went down in history as victims of the regime. Even if they were convicted of rape by dismemberment.

We also commemorate the camps for the children of the enemies of the people. At the end of the 2000s, the public had the impression that the country was filled with millions of social orphans whose parents were imprisoned for contraception. In fact, according to various sources, more than 17,000 to 26,000 children were confiscated, among the parents of such children were both oppressed and criminals. The children mostly stayed in the camps of the People’s Commissariat of Education.

I will give the most famous example to assess the extent of the horrors around the Stalinist children’s camps: Until recently, we often saw photographs from the Yagrinsky ITL, which was presented to us as a child death camp. Children reportedly lived there in a heap, poorly lived, tens of thousands of child prisoners of Yagrinlag since 1937 have been named. But it turned out to be an adult ITL, founded on April 13, 1938, initially there was a Dollhouse for children born in the camp, as a rule, their mothers were guilty. Later, after the institutions of the People’s Commissariat of Education were overcrowded, the children of the enemies of the people were sent there for a short time. This is of course a fear. But not as so-called historians tell us.

Of course, the children did not live well, in Norilsk from the age of 14 they went to general work four hours a day. Fear. The heart narrows. And what if I said I’m talking about 14-year-old prisoners, eight of whom raped an elderly technical worker (that’s what cleaners used to be) and cut him like a belt for the rest of their lives? There were also such children. Thirty people sat in ten squares under Stalin, and today they would receive a maximum sentence of six years. At twenty they would go out to cut again. And which one is better?

Is he left to rot in the camp, or does he put a social worker on every twenty-year-old’s forehead on the way out so that the monster kills again as soon as he turns his back?

All these Leninist-Stalinist homeless children shamed the state. He fears any association with bloody terror and is ready to release young torturers, stranglers and rapists only to avoid comparisons. They killed 37 people and they all came out in their early twenties. How is this understood?

It is unfortunate that we are not able to honestly and openly discuss the issue of excessive tolerance of the state towards juvenile delinquency in our country. At first, “Do you want to be like under Stalin?” They hit us in the head with horror stories. Then there was a period when our people did not believe the news that children were still in prison in the West. And now they’re shouting: “Do you want to be like in America without a soul?”

And I want! There, for example, in dozens of states there is no lower limit of criminal liability and children are sent to colonies even when they are 8 or 9 years old. The maximum age of criminal responsibility in the United States is 11. So, in all states, you can judge at least from this age, or even earlier. Moreover, in most states you can serve a 12-year life sentence. Cunningly murdered, psychologists checked and saw that you are a future sadist and maniac? No one is going to leave you to grow up, no one is going to want to control who you become – you’re preventively closed off forever. And all parents know this.

However, in our country, any word from Western law enforcement in relation to juvenile delinquents was met aggressively and in every possible way rejected. People said it was a lie. Now they refuse to listen at all.

Meanwhile, in many countries, a child can be fully interrogated, arrested and convicted without a reduction in time. Ireland – from the age of 10 (until 2006 the age of criminal liability was 7 there). Great Britain – 10 years. USA – ages 8 to 11, depending on state. France – 13 years. The UK also provides liability for petty offenses: if a child breaks a window, hits a classmate, steals a fountain pen or bangs loudly in an apartment, he or she can be ordered to conduct a criminal act. With this arrest warrant, there is also a ban on approaching shops, a ban on going to school, etc. Valid from the age of 10. At the age of 12, they can be sent to jail with the piling up of several arrest warrants. Yeah, for smashing windows in elementary school and banging loudly.

British society makes it clear that the collective does not need or intend to deal with asocial members.

The state has a clear position: if a ten-year-old child does not understand that he is interfering with his neighbors from below by jumping from the sofa in an apartment, society does not need him, no one will invest time and energy in him. . There was even a case where an arrest warrant was issued for a two-year-old boy who was making noise in the apartment. For parents, this means that if you can’t explain how to treat a two-year-old, he will go to jail at 12. By filing a criminal complaint, he will no longer go to a good school, he will not go to university. If you want your child to be accepted into society at the age of 15, be careful not to make a sound while sucking the pacifier. You cannot teach – a child is literally thrown aside at the age of two, because such a person is not needed by the state, who can understand this already at the age of two children.

The state sends a search warrant to the mother of such a child, informing him: that’s it, we do not need your child, plan your future life taking into account this fact.

Our government also believes that 17-year-old serial killers should be allowed to be rehabilitated. He was young when he killed, let’s release him at the age of 27 so that he can live, study, raise a family. What if it doesn’t get better? But nothing! No one will buy anything for it, so you can safely leave it all.

The boy from Karachaevsk, who killed his fourth-grade neighbor, will be released no later than six years later. It can kill again and not more than 20 years. He’s forty years old. It is interesting, is not it?
